On August 22, 2026, I called Apple Support for the fifth time in five years to report that my devices were compromised. The representative told me it was **my fault** because I "must have accepted a permission." They offered to sell me another Apple device. I recorded the call.

While I was documenting the recording in Apple Notes, **it was deleted from my device without my authorization.** I recovered the file before it was permanently removed.

Then I sent 4,703 emails.

Dear Counsel,

My name is Quincey K. Lee. I am the Founder and CEO of NFT Las Vegas Ltd., a technology company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am reaching out to your firm to inquire about legal representation on a contingency basis regarding a prolonged data breach and unauthorized access to my personal and business devices that has persisted for over five years.

**Summary of the Situation**

Since approximately 2021, I have experienced persistent unauthorized access to all of my Apple devices — including multiple MacBook computers, iPhones, and an iPad. The compromise includes, but is not limited to:

- Unauthorized screen sharing and remote management active on my devices since the date of purchase
- Three unknown identity service peers continuously pulling data from my iCloud account
- Open ports on all Apple devices that cannot be closed by the end user
- DNS hijacking on my home network redirecting traffic through attacker-controlled infrastructure
- A physical backdoor device (JetKVM) providing remote keyboard, mouse, and virtual CD-ROM access to my server hardware
- Repository exfiltration of proprietary code and business data to attacker-controlled servers
- MAC address spoofing of devices on my network, including one instance where a device's MAC was spoofed while the device was physically unplugged
- A BrightData (formerly Luminati) proxy application installed on a Fire Stick given to my mother by an identified individual at GreatClips (my mother's workplace), routing traffic through my home IP address for 13 months
- An iPad given to my mother by the franchise owner of GreatClips, who has an IT/computer background — the iPad was found advertising Remote Desktop on my home network, providing an unauthorized access vector to my devices
- An AirTag gifted to my mother by a manager named Yvette at GreatClips — three separate compromised devices given to my mother by three different individuals at the same establishment

I have contacted Apple Support approximately five times over the past five years regarding this issue. Each time, Apple has either blamed me for accepting permissions, offered only to sell me a new device, or provided no meaningful remediation. On August 22, 2026, I recorded a call with Apple Support in which a representative told me that the compromise was my fault. During the process of documenting that call, the recording was deleted from my Apple Notes application without my authorization. I was able to recover the file before it was permanently removed.

On the same day, I contacted T-Mobile regarding the same compromise on my iPhone. T-Mobile immediately offered to accept the phone back, cancel all outstanding payments, and swap the device for a non-Apple alternative at no cost. The contrast between Apple's response and T-Mobile's response is documented in detail in the evidence referenced above.

I have previously reached out to law enforcement regarding this matter, and they hung up on me. I have the interaction on video recording.

Based on the evidence I have gathered, potential causes of action may include:
