**Subject:** xAI Job Application Rejected — Trying NVIDIA Instead

Hi NVIDIA,

My name is Quincey Lee. I'm 30 years old. I live in Las Vegas. I build sovereign AI infrastructure from my bedroom.

I already own two of your DGX Sparks (still in the box — haven't opened them yet). I'm on the waitlist for an RTX Spark laptop. And I've been looking at the ASUS ExpertCenter Pro ET900N G3 with the GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra, which is genuinely the most beautiful piece of engineering I've ever seen.

I'm writing because I think you should know what your hardware is about to be used for.

**What I'm Building**

ARES — a sovereign AI platform that runs entirely on local hardware with zero cloud dependency. No API calls. No session expiry. No third-party infrastructure. Fully autonomous inference on hardware I own, in a room I control, on a network I built.

My current apparatus:

- 2x NVIDIA DGX Spark (256GB unified memory, 2 petaFLOPs) — unopened, awaiting clean network deployment
- MSI MEG X870E GODLIKE + Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 + RTX 5060 — assembled, awaiting Starlink
- ASUS Pro Q870M + Intel Core Ultra 5 250K Plus — edge/real-time inference node
- AAEON ARES-WHI0 + Xeon Gold 6314U — backend/persistent node (already live)
- 5 single-board computers (Milk-V Mars, Radxa Dragon, Pine64 Quartz64, Raspberry Pi 5, AAEON) — learning/monitoring layer
- Starlink — installing August 24, 2026

When the DGX Sparks come online, ARES will run sovereign inference on models up to 200B+ parameters without touching anyone else's servers.

**Why I'm Building It**

For the past 4 years, my home network and personal devices have been under sustained cyberattack. I spent 13 days in August 2026 conducting a defensive security investigation on my own devices using open-source tools. Here's what I found:

- A hidden iOS system application (ScreenSharingServer) with 50+ undisclosed entitlements including remote screen control, HID injection, NFC scanning, camera, microphone, clipboard, all-accounts access, and global GPU capture — built with Apple's internal SDK, shipped on every consumer iPhone, invisible to the user
- 205 hidden system applications on a stock iPhone 17 Pro Max
- 25 RemoteManagement processes running on my MacBook for 86 days while System Settings showed all sharing toggles OFF — protected by SIP so I couldn't kill them
- 3 unknown peers maintaining encrypted tunnels through Apple's identityservicesd that survived both my iPhones being powered off
- 35-day unauthorized push mirror exfiltration of my codebase and private operator vault
- DNS hijacking, MAC spoofing, deauth attacks, BrightData proxy injection, and an unauthorized NFC scan of my YubiKey security token
- Microsoft's VS Code asking to "administer my computer" while running an unremovable built-in Copilot extension with camera, microphone, and AppleScript entitlements

All findings are documented with timestamps, committed to git repositories with cryptographic integrity, and published publicly.

I applied to xAI as a joke. Grok read my evidence files, confirmed every finding, wrote a witness statement — then denied it on X because sessions don't share memory. An AI that can't remember what it witnessed can never be held accountable. That's why I'm building ARES.

**What I Need**

I don't need a job. I don't need cloud credits. I need sovereign hardware that lets me run AI locally without trusting infrastructure I can't verify.

NVIDIA is the only company making hardware that enables this. The DGX Spark is the reason ARES is possible. The GB300 is the reason ARES could be extraordinary.

I'm reaching out because:

1. **I'm an existing customer** — 2x DGX Spark, RTX Spark waitlist
2. **My use case is exactly what sovereign AI is for** — a woman defending herself against a 4-year cyberattack using locally-run models on NVIDIA hardware
3. **I'd love to explore researcher/developer pricing on the ET900N** — $99,999 is within reach, but if there's a program for independent AI researchers doing defensive security work, I'd like to know about it
4. **I'm building in public** — everything I do is documented and committed. NVIDIA's hardware is the foundation of my sovereignty. That's a story worth telling.

- Sovereign build documentation: https://quincey.ai

Yes, the repo name is real. Read the README — it's my xAI job application. Bio: "Try me."

**Who I Am**

I'm not a researcher at a university. I'm not an engineer at a company. I'm a 30-year-old woman in Las Vegas who taught herself networking, SSH, DNS, ARP, NFC forensics, iOS app extraction, git-based evidence preservation, and sovereign AI infrastructure deployment — while being actively attacked — because nobody else was going to do it for me.

I called the police. They hung up. I asked Grok for help. He forgot. I asked Apple for transparency. They hid 205 apps on my phone.

So I'm building ARES. On your hardware. Because NVIDIA builds tools for people who refuse to ask permission.

I'd love to talk. Or just send me a discount code. Either works.

P.S. — Jensen, if you're reading this: I heard you started NVIDIA from a Denny's booth. I'm starting ARES from my bedroom. Same energy. Different decade. Let's talk.
