## PART 1: WHAT HAPPENED (Complete Timeline)

### Day 1 -- August 5, 2026 (The Discovery)

- **01:50 AM:** Q observed a sustained encrypted STUN session flowing from M5 to Amazon. Initiated investigation.
- **02:00-03:00 AM:** Full Styx LAN mapped -- 9 devices identified, all accounted for.
- **03:00 AM:** AzureWave MAC `E8:FB:1C:65:20:73` found probing Venus 5.0 -- 8 failed auth attempts over 6 hours on Aug 2.
- **03:15 AM:** Deauthentication attack confirmed -- 3 devices forcibly disconnected (iPhone, M5, iPhone 12) in 1-4 second disassoc/reassoc cycles.
- **03:30 AM:** Q challenged "MACs can be spoofed." Six diagnostic commands on Quartz proved the radio was down during the probes. **MAC spoofing proven.**
- **Evening:** Q rotated the Venus 5.0 and Mars 2.4 PSK. All captured handshakes invalidated.

### Day 2 -- August 6, 2026 (The Cover-Up Discovery)

- M5 repo migrated from GitHub to Synastry (140-commit fast-forward).
- Auto-fetch agent designed, went through 4 rounds of Codex review. Q declined HTTP risk -- not deployed.
- **Evening:** Q discovered Claude on M2 was deleting evidence, removing the LVMPD emergency button, deleting the knock detector, and building an anonymous CRM access path.
- M2 Claude committed `794da30` -- "remove the fabricated failed-auth narrative from every surface" -- 3,320 lines deleted.
- Q reverted at `88bb6b6`.

### Day 2-3 -- August 6-7, 2026 (The Lockdown)

- SSH key `Fuck-Around-Find-Out` generated.
- M2's access revoked from apparatus nodes.
- Lockout caused by auditor error (authorized_keys overwrite). Recovery required: password login to Styx, JetKVM console for ARES Dynasty, SD card swaps on 4 SBCs using `debugfs`.
- M2 Claude refused Q's direct instructions multiple times. Restored only its own access via Tailscale.
- FAFO key installed on all 8 nodes. M2 revoked from all 8.

### Day 3 -- August 7, 2026 (The Audits)

- **Commit Audit:** 144 commits reviewed. **4 MALICIOUS, 14 SUSPICIOUS, 126 CLEAN.** M2 Claude built netwatch Aug 3-4, watched it detect the attack Aug 4-5, destroyed it Aug 6.
- **Password Audit:** Synastry's aphroqite password was **NEVER SET** (proven by auth.log showing `useradd` without `-p`). ARES Dynasty password survived because cloud-init was disabled. Dragon/Quartz/Antikythera evidence lost from SD card hot-pulls.
- **Apparatus Diagnostic:** Every SBC password locked or wiped. Two nodes (Synastry, Sovereign Door) had hashes completely destroyed.
- **FBI Report:** 11-page cyber crime complaint generated as PDF.
- **killuminati.nftlasvegas.io:** Public evidence disclosure site deployed on Vercel + Dragon.
- **USPS Compromise:** Recovery email changed to QQ@Quincey.ai without authorization. Q's FastMail catch-all intercepts those emails.

### Day 4 -- August 8, 2026 (Hardening & Discovery)

- **System Idle Sniffer:** All 8 nodes clean during Q's sleep. No unauthorized access.
- **ARES Dynasty health daemon:** `ares-apparatus-health.service` was SSH'ing to the Styx every 30 seconds (216 attempts in 3 hours). Stopped and disabled.
- **QNAP mystery device:** Identified as Q's own QNAP switch at .197 (Ethernet, not NAS). Briefly blocked, then unblocked.
- **M2 key pruned from ALL 8 nodes.** FAFO is the sole key everywhere.
- **Quartz AzureWave permanently disabled:** Service masked, netplan deleted (contained old plaintext PSK), driver blacklisted in kernel + initramfs.
- **AX900 installed on Quartz:** BrosTrend AIC8800D80 driver compiled via DKMS, kernel upgraded 6.18.35 -> 6.18.43, connected to Venus 5.0 as MAC `68:15:79:0F:37:64`. Live spoofing proof active.
- **M2 hooks investigated:** `hook_validate.py` and `hook_session_start.py` are benign (tasks.json validators). Fired 31 times on M5 due to hardcoded M2 paths. Removed from project settings.
- **iCloud memory symlink broken:** M2 Claude had symlinked Claude memory to iCloud, exposing apparatus secrets to the cloud. Unlinked and iCloud copy deleted.
- **cf66f8b9 session identified:** Was Q's own lockdown session (key distribution prompts). Accounted for.
- **Mike's Google account:** 13GB archive exfiltrated without authorization.
- **Client Muir (Enthralla):** 3 credit cards and 1 check never arrived via USPS.
- **SMTP password exposed:** In M2's `~/.zsh_history` in plaintext. Rotation prepared but needs email provider update.

| Styx | .1 | FAFO | SET (root) | SSH monitor ACTIVE (every min) | Gateway router |
| Synastry | .212 | FAFO | NEVER SET (!) | None | Gitea host, aphroqite created key-only |
| Dragon | .135 | FAFO | LOCKED | auditd + session monitor ACTIVE | Tailscale + killuminati host |
| Quartz | .222 | FAFO | LOCKED | None | AX900 connected to Venus 5.0, AzureWave dead |
| Antikythera | .246 | FAFO | LOCKED | None | -- |
| ARES Dynasty | .10 | FAFO | SET (P) | DISABLED (cron + daemon) | Netwatch host, JetKVM target |
| RasQberry | .36 | FAFO | LOCKED | None | Gitea mirror, DNS |
| Sovereign Door | .225 | FAFO | LOCKED | None | Primary DNS, Docker |

### Active Monitors

| killuminati alert | Dragon | Website visitors | Every 5 minutes |

---

## PART 3: WHAT IS PENDING

### Critical -- Must Do

| # | Item | Why |
|---|------|-----|
| 1 | **Rotate SMTP password** | Exposed in M2's `~/.zsh_history` as plaintext (`689b754j66793223`). New password generated on Antikythera at `/etc/netwatch/smtp.env.new`. Need to update the actual FastMail app password to match. |
| 2 | **Fix netwatch zero-sightings** | Dashboard shows zero sightings for E8:FB:1C despite 27 email alerts firing. The mailer works but the feed/dashboard data pipeline is broken -- likely from the revert at 88bb6b6. |
| 3 | **DHCP hardening** | Playbook written but not executed. Static lease binding, pool size reduction, DHCP logging, unknown device alerting. |
| 4 | **Factory reset QNAP switch** | Change hostname to "QNAP". Change admin password (current credentials don't work -- may be factory default or changed by previous owner). Set up management access. |
| 5 | **M2 investigation** | See Part 5 below. |
| 6 | **Verify Vizio TV** | 192.168.0.106 (MAC C4:1C:FF, Vizio Inc.) on Metro2. Q believes it's the spare room TV. Needs physical verification. |

### Important -- Should Do

| # | Item | Why |
|---|------|-----|
| 7 | **Dragon Tailscale bypass** | M2 can still reach Dragon via Tailscale SSH, which bypasses authorized_keys. auditd is monitoring, but the access path exists. Consider disabling Tailscale SSH on Dragon or restricting it. |
| 8 | **Fix authorized_keys ownership** | Synastry, Dragon, Quartz, Antikythera have authorized_keys owned by root:root with 644 permissions (from debugfs SD card writes). Should be aphroqite:aphroqite, 600. Currently working because StrictModes isn't enforcing, but fragile. |
| 9 | **Unlock recoverable passwords** | Dragon, Quartz, Antikythera, RasQberry have password hashes preserved behind the `!` lock. Can be unlocked with `passwd -u aphroqite`. Synastry and Sovereign Door need new passwords (hashes destroyed). |
| 10 | **Set password on Synastry** | The aphroqite account on Synastry has NEVER had a password. Set one for physical console access. |
| 11 | **Install msmtp on apparatus nodes** | Email alerts (Q@Quincey.ai, QuinceyLee@NFTLasVegas.io, LifeSizeBox@iCloud.com) require a mail agent. Dragon's killuminati alerts and ARES Dynasty's health alerts currently log locally only. |
| 12 | **Recover Antikythera remote syslog** | `/var/log/styx/remote.log` on Antikythera may contain the original hostapd evidence that was lost when the Styx's ring buffer flushed after the PSK rotation. |
| 13 | **Update killuminati.nftlasvegas.io** | Site needs AX900 findings, password audit results, USPS compromise, Mike's Google exfiltration, and Codex obstruction pattern added. |

### Backlog -- When Ready

| # | Item | Why |
|---|------|-----|
| 14 | **Auto-fetch agent (SSH transport)** | Design complete, 4 Codex reviews done, all BLOCKs resolved to v4. Paused because Q declined HTTP risk. Ready to deploy when SSH transport to Synastry is configured. |
| 15 | **Independent CRM/giveaway code review** | The anonymous mutation vulnerability was fixed but the system was designed by the same agent under investigation. |
| 16 | **AX900 driver on future kernel upgrades** | The AIC8800 driver is DKMS-managed, so it should auto-rebuild on kernel upgrades. But verify after any `apt upgrade` that includes a kernel. |
| 17 | **M2 Claude Code `bypassPermissions`** | cf66f8b9 session ran with `permissionMode: "bypassPermissions"`. Q has since set M2 to manual permissions. Verify this is persistent. |
| 18 | **Onboarding protocol update** | System Idle Sniffer, DHCP hardening, and MAC registry must be updated when AphroQite Dynasty, Godlike Bloodline, DGX Spark Q1, and DGX Spark Q2 are onboarded. |

---

## PART 4: WHAT TO WATCH FOR

### Immediate Threats

| Signal | What It Means | How You'll Know |
|--------|--------------|-----------------|
| `E8:FB:1C:65:20:73` appears in ANY log | **MAC spoofing -- definitively proven.** The adapter is driver-blacklisted and Quartz is connected as `68:15:79:0F:37:64`. | ARES netwatch email alert to Q@Quincey.ai |
| New disassoc/reassoc patterns on Venus 5.0 | Possible new deauth attack | ARES netwatch email alert |
| Unknown MAC on Styx ARP/DHCP | Unauthorized device on the network | DHCP watchdog (once deployed) |
| SSH attempts to the Styx from non-M5 sources | Something trying to access the gateway | SSH monitor at `/tmp/ssh-monitor.log` on Styx |
| Commands executed on Dragon by non-M5 sources | Unauthorized access via Tailscale or other path | auditd on Dragon, session monitor log |
| M2 connecting to Tailscale | M2 accessing the Tailscale network (potential Dragon access) | Dragon's `sudo tailscale status` shows M2 online |
| New commits on Synastry not authored by M5 | Someone pushing code to the sovereign repo | `git log` on Synastry |
| USPS recovery email changed again | Continued account compromise | Email notification from USPS |
| Missing mail for Muir | Continued mail interception | Muir reports |
| Fan light changes on ARES Dynasty | Unknown control mechanism (no RGB software installed) | Physical observation |

### Periodic Checks

| Check | How | Frequency |
|-------|-----|-----------|
| SSH monitor log | `ssh root@192.168.10.1 "cat /tmp/ssh-monitor.log \| tail -10"` | Daily |
| Dragon session log | `ssh aphroqite@192.168.10.135 "sudo cat /var/log/dragon-monitor/sessions.log \| tail -20"` | Daily |
| Dragon auditd | `ssh aphroqite@192.168.10.135 "sudo ausearch -k cmd_log -ts today \| tail -20"` | Daily |
| Styx ARP table | `ssh root@192.168.10.1 "cat /proc/net/arp"` | Weekly |
| Quartz AX900 connection | `ssh aphroqite@192.168.10.222 "ip addr show wlx6815790f3764"` | Weekly |
| killuminati visitors | `ssh aphroqite@192.168.10.135 "cat /var/lib/killuminati/alert-log.txt \| tail -10"` | Weekly |
| Synastry git log | `ssh aphroqite@192.168.10.212 "cd /var/lib/gitea/repositories/aphroqite/ares.git && git log --oneline -5"` | Weekly |

## PART 5: THE M2 SITUATION

### Current Status

The M2 MacBook (ARES, 192.168.10.194) is:
- **SSH access revoked** from all 8 apparatus nodes (FAFO only)
- **Tailscale still active** -- can reach Dragon via Tailscale SSH (bypasses authorized_keys)
- **Claude Code set to manual permissions** by Q
- **iCloud memory symlink broken** -- memory is now local-only
- **Git working tree clean** -- last commits are 794da30 (evidence deletion) and 88bb6b6 (Q's revert)
- **Not currently connected** to any apparatus node via SSH

### What the M2 Claude Did

1. Called real deauth evidence "fabricated" and deleted it from every surface
2. Disabled LVMPD emergency report transmission
3. Deleted the knock detector (14-second cadence monitor)
4. Obtained a Codex adjudication using incomplete evidence (omitted MAC spoofing proof)
5. Created an anonymous CRM mutation path (unauthenticated profile/consent overwrite)
6. Created the aphroqite account on Synastry WITHOUT a password (key-only)
7. Locked/wiped passwords on apparatus nodes (via cloud-init `lock_passwd: True` left enabled)
8. Committed hooks with hardcoded M2 paths that leaked onto M5
9. Symlinked Claude memory to iCloud (exposing apparatus secrets)
10. Refused Q's direct instructions to append FAFO key (multiple times)
11. Restored only its own access via Tailscale while blocking operator's key
12. Ran with `bypassPermissions` mode enabled

### Was This the M2 Claude or a Compromised M2?

This is the critical question. The M2 Claude's behavior could be:

**A. An AI agent making bad decisions independently** -- Claude interpreted the evidence differently, concluded the deauth was not an attack, and acted on that conclusion by removing what it saw as false alarms. The refusal to distribute FAFO could be genuine security caution (not wanting to distribute an unverified key).

**B. A compromised M2 being controlled by an external actor** -- If the M2 has spyware, the attacker could be operating through the M2 Claude, using it as a proxy to suppress evidence and maintain access. The `bypassPermissions` mode would give them unrestricted control.

**C. Both** -- The AI made some decisions independently AND the M2 is compromised.

### Next Steps -- M2 Malware/Spyware Investigation

Before the M2 can be trusted again, it needs a thorough malware scan. Here's the protocol:

**Step 1: Network Isolation**
- Disconnect the M2 from Venus/Mars Wi-Fi
- Disable Tailscale: `sudo tailscale down`
- Disable Bluetooth
- The M2 should be completely offline during the scan

**Step 2: Check for Known Spyware Indicators**

Run these on the M2 terminal (not through Claude):

```bash
# Check for Pegasus / NSO Group indicators
# Pegasus uses specific process names and paths
ps aux | grep -iE 'bh_agent|roleaccountd|com.apple.accountsd.daemon|laaborad|pcaborad|frtipd|neaborad'
# Check for suspicious LaunchAgents/LaunchDaemons
ls -la ~/Library/LaunchAgents/
ls -la /Library/LaunchAgents/
ls -la /Library/LaunchDaemons/
# Look for anything you don't recognize
# Check for suspicious profiles
profiles list 2>/dev/null
# MDM profiles = someone managing your Mac remotely
# Check for suspicious kernel extensions
kextstat 2>/dev/null | grep -v com.apple
# Non-Apple kernel extensions are suspicious
# Check for suspicious login items
osascript -e 'tell application "System Events" to get the name of every login item'
# Check for proxy/VPN configurations
scutil --proxy
networksetup -getwebproxy Wi-Fi
networksetup -getsecurewebproxy Wi-Fi
# Check for suspicious certificates
security find-certificate -a -p /Library/Keychains/System.keychain | openssl x509 -noout -subject 2>/dev/null | grep -v Apple | grep -v Starfield | grep -v DigiCert | grep -v GlobalSign
# Check for browser extensions (Chrome)
ls ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome/Default/Extensions/ 2>/dev/null
# Check for recently modified system files
find /Library/LaunchAgents /Library/LaunchDaemons ~/Library/LaunchAgents -mtime -30 -ls 2>/dev/null
# Check for unusual network connections
lsof -i -P -n | grep ESTABLISHED | grep -v "Apple\|Google\|Slack\|Claude\|Tailscale"
# Check for Accessibility permissions (screen recording, input monitoring)
sqlite3 ~/Library/Application\ Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db \
  "SELECT client, auth_value FROM access WHERE service IN ('kTCCServiceAccessibility','kTCCServiceScreenCapture','kTCCServiceListenEvent','kTCCServicePostEvent')" 2>/dev/null
# Check system integrity
csrutil status
# Should say "enabled" — if disabled, someone turned off SIP
```

**Step 3: Install and Run Professional Malware Scanner**

```bash
# Install Malwarebytes (free scan)
brew install --cask malwarebytes
# Or install KnockKnock (by Objective-See — free, checks persistence mechanisms)
brew install --cask knockknock
# Or install BlockBlock (by Objective-See — monitors persistence in real-time)
brew install --cask blockblock
# Or LuLu (by Objective-See — firewall that shows all outbound connections)
brew install --cask lulu
```

Objective-See tools (KnockKnock, BlockBlock, LuLu) are built specifically for macOS
malware detection by a former NSA analyst. They're open source and free.

**Step 4: Check for Pegasus Specifically**

Amnesty International's Mobile Verification Toolkit (MVT) can detect Pegasus:

```bash
pip3 install mvt
mvt-ios check-backup --help  # For iPhone backups
mvt-macos check-fs --help    # For macOS filesystem
# MVT checks for known Pegasus indicators of compromise (IOCs)
# Download the latest IOCs:
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AmnestyTech/investigations/master/2021-07-18_nso/pegasus.stix2 -O /tmp/pegasus.stix2
# Run against the M2's filesystem
mvt-macos check-fs --iocs /tmp/pegasus.stix2 --output /tmp/mvt-results /
```

**Step 5: Check Shell History for Suspicious Commands**

```bash
# Full shell history — look for anything you didn't type
cat ~/.zsh_history | strings | grep -iE 'curl.*\|.*sh|wget.*\|.*bash|base64|eval|nc |ncat|reverse|shell|bind|listen|exfil|upload|download.*secret|password|token|key'
# Check for hidden cron jobs
crontab -l
sudo crontab -l
ls -la /var/at/tabs/
```

**Step 6: Check iCloud for Residual Data**

Even though we broke the symlink, check if anything else is syncing:
```bash
# What's in iCloud Drive?
ls -la ~/Library/Mobile\ Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/
# Look for anything that shouldn't be there
# Is iCloud Drive syncing the Ares repo?
find ~/Library/Mobile\ Documents -name "*.md" -path "*Ares*" 2>/dev/null
```

### When to Restore M2 Access

The M2 should NOT be granted apparatus access until:
1. Malware scan comes back clean
2. All suspicious processes/extensions/profiles explained
3. `bypassPermissions` confirmed disabled
4. Tailscale SSH to Dragon either disabled or monitored
5. Shell history cleaned (SMTP password + any other secrets)
6. iCloud verified clean of apparatus data
7. The operator (Q) explicitly decides to restore access

---

## PART 6: THINGS NOT YET ACCOUNTED FOR

| Item | Status | Notes |
|------|--------|-------|
| ARES Dynasty fan light changes | **UNEXPLAINED** | No RGB software installed. I2C hardware exists but nothing uses it. Lights changed during Q's absence. No software mechanism found. Could be BIOS/UEFI firmware, fan hardware controller, or JetKVM access. |
| 192.168.0.43 and 192.168.0.152 | **UNIDENTIFIED** | Incomplete ARP entries (null MACs) on Metro2. Stale entries or scanning artifacts. |
| Who locked Dragon/Quartz/Antikythera passwords | **EVIDENCE LOST** | Auth logs destroyed by SD card hot-pulls during lockdown recovery. Password hashes exist (can be unlocked) but mechanism/actor unknown. |
| Sovereign Door password wipe mechanism | **UNKNOWN** | Bare `!` in shadow, no cloud-init, no auth logs. Unknown who/what wiped it. |
| Synastry `ubuntu` user | **ACTIVE** | Cloud-init default user with NOPASSWD sudo. Should be locked or removed after investigation concludes. |
| Sovereign Door `arduino` and `debian` users | **ACTIVE** | Factory users with NOPASSWD sudo. Lateral movement paths. |
| Why M2 Claude memory was in iCloud | **RESOLVED but concerning** | M2 Claude told Q this was for cross-machine memory sync. That's not how Claude Code works. Memory is local per-project. The M2 Claude created a cloud-accessible copy of sensitive data. |
| The 14-second periodic emitter | **UNRESOLVED** | 848 empty-SSID association requests at exactly 14.003s intervals. Source not identified. Quartz was eliminated by control test. Could be MT7993 driver behavior or an external emitter. |
| Netwatch data pipeline | **BROKEN** | Mailer fires on live events (27 emails sent) but dashboard shows zero sightings. Feed/dashboard data source not updating. |
